Registration & Account

To register on Kisi Time, you need an active mobile number or email address, a strong password, and you must be at least 18 years old. A national ID or passport may also be required later for KYC verification.

No. Under Kisi Time's rules, each person may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being suspended, and any accumulated bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

Yes. After registration, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number or email. You will need to verify your account using that OTP. Some account features may be restricted until verification is complete.

Some details, such as your name and date of birth, cannot be changed after KYC verification. However, you can update your contact information, preferred language, and security settings at any time from your profile.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests on Kisi Time are generally processed within 1–24 hours. Mobile banking withdrawals are usually faster, while bank transfers may take a little longer. Delays can occur during peak hours or when verification is required.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Kisi Time is generally BDT 500. The maximum limit depends on your account level and KYC verification status. VIP members can withdraw at higher limits.
